Every job ships with a README spelling out the Sheet schema or Gmail label it expects. Point it at your own data, fill the placeholders, run it once locally to be sure.

3. Schedule

Attach a schedule — daily 7 AM, hourly during work, weekly. Tell it what to do, when, what to do when it works, and what to do when it doesn't.
