He has lived both sides of the problem InTouch solves. As a founder and CTO, he built and shipped automation that ran inside some of the world's most demanding enterprises at scale. As an enterprise technology executive — reporting to the global CIO of a Fortune-500 pharmaceutical company that grew from $2B to $60B — he sat on the buyer's side, with global responsibility for its Enterprise Business Intelligence, E-Business, BPM, and Sales Force systems.
