“I work in HR. What can intouch do for me?”
One question, asked of a stock install. Nothing here is staged copy — this is the answer the assistant gave, played back.
As an HR person, InTouch takes over the stuff that gets forgotten because it lives in someone's head or a sticky note. A few concrete things:
Onboarding that runs itself — new hire lands in BambooHR/Greenhouse (or a starter spreadsheet) → InTouch requests accounts, emails IT the equipment list, sends the manager a checklist, schedules day-one reminders. No more "oh, we forgot to set up their laptop."
Offboarding on the leaver's actual last day — access removal requested, manager and payroll notified, final-pay checklist sent — same day, not whenever someone remembers.
Dates that must not slip — probation end dates, visa/certification expiry, review dates, contract renewals. A monitor watches for these and tells you *with time to act*, once, by name — not a scramble the day it's due.
Monthly people numbers on autopilot — starters, leavers, open roles, time-to-hire — built and emailed to you the day before the meeting instead of the night after.
Payroll sanity checks — compares this cycle to last: new starters missing from the run, leavers still getting paid, hours that jumped unexpectedly. It only messages you when something's actually off.
Systems it talks to: BambooHR and Greenhouse have native connectors already. Workday, SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, ADP are available on higher editions, but anything with a CSV export or an API — I can reach it over HTTP or file transfer.
Where it tells you: your InTouch Inbox (instant, zero setup), push to your phone if you use the Android app, or email if it needs to reach someone who doesn't log into InTouch.
On privacy — nothing changes a record in your HR system unless you explicitly want it to; by default I read, compare, and tell a human. And if you use a local AI model, employee data never leaves your machine at all.
Want me to build one of these now? Tell me the actual chore — e.g. "email me a list of probation end dates coming up in the next 2 weeks" or "when someone's added to our starter sheet, email IT the equipment list" — and I'll set it up.
It answered like this because it knew who was asking.
The same assistant answers a shop owner about supplier price files and a sysadmin about cron sprawl. Same engine, same tools, same audit trail — sharpened to the person asking.
The same assistant, asked by someone else.
Every one of these is a stock install answering a different person’s first question. Nothing was staged and nothing was edited.
