About Blue Isle Software

The old paradigm is out. The new paradigm is AI. AI automation is InTouch AI. One independent software company. One product. It runs mission-critical automation inside the world's largest enterprises — and has for decades.

One product.
Built end-to-end by the people who own it.
Reinvented for the AI era.

Blue Isle Software is an independent software company headquartered in Miami. No portfolio sprawl. No PE-roll-up bloat. One platform, built end-to-end — InTouch AI — shipped on a cadence that keeps pace with AI itself.

Version 8 is the most significant release in the product's history. A clean reinvention for the AI era. AI is the architecture, not a feature — it sits at the center, and the credential vault, connectors, scheduling, RBAC, and audit all sit behind it. Competitors bolt AI onto a config-era core. You can't bolt on a center. An agentic assistant that does the work. A complete RAG pipeline. Nine LLM providers. Outbound delivery on eight channels people already use. All of it on top of a governance layer the Fortune 500 already runs in production.

The old way: you configured the tool, wrote the scripts, read the logs, fixed it yourself. Version 8 transforms a world-class automation platform into an AI-native one — with deep integration of Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Mistral, Groq, DeepSeek, xAI, Ollama, and Hugging Face. AI-native, not AI-retrofitted. Stop configuring. Start describing.

Flawless flows. Nothing less.

"To provide our clients with a powerful, highly scalable, extremely flexible workflow automation platform to enable them to achieve flawless information and process flows."

Reliability First

Every decision serves production reliability. InTouch AI wasn't proven in a lab. It was proven in decades of 24/7/365 operation at the world's most demanding enterprises.

Security by Design

AES-256 encryption, RBAC, LDAP, CyberArk. The credential vault is the trust floor: secrets are referenced by name, never written into scripts, never exposed — not even to the AI itself. Security is architecture here, not an afterthought.

Continuous Innovation

From Version 1 to Version 8, InTouch AI never stood still — AI integration, modern frameworks, REST APIs, MCP support. A general AI-native engine can do what a specialized config-era tool does; the reverse is impossible — they can't grow an AI core. We move fast and we don't break what enterprises depend on.

Receipts, not promises.

Built by someone who has run
mission-critical automation for 30 years.

Victor Duarte founded Blue Isle Software and has architected enterprise automation for three decades. InTouch AI is the third generation of that work — reinvented for the AI era and built end-to-end by the same hands.

He has lived both sides of the problem InTouch solves. As a founder and CTO, he built and shipped automation that ran inside some of the world's most demanding enterprises for two decades. As an enterprise technology executive — reporting to the global CIO of a Fortune-500 pharmaceutical company that grew from $2B to $60B — he sat on the buyer's side, accountable for the systems, the security, and the regulatory compliance that mission-critical systems have to satisfy.

That combination is why InTouch is governance-first. When you've been the person answerable for a regulated enterprise's systems, you build automation that never asks you to compromise on trust: credentials even the AI never sees, full audit, and access control at the core — not bolted on. He also holds a U.S. patent in the field: System for Process Automation and Content Distribution.

Stop configuring. Start describing.

Tell it what to do, when, what to do when it works, what to do when it doesn't, and who to notify. The contract is now intelligent: when something breaks, InTouch AI reads the failure, knows why, and heals it. "It broke. Here's why. I fixed it." No config-era tool can say that. Let's talk.
